The trainer was very pleasant and professional. He called me in advance to confirm the appointment, and arrived when he said he would. He quickly put me at ease with his gentle manner. He was good at tuning into my needs and adapted the training to suit. He also went through the list of questions and concerns I had, as well as helping me with a few other IT related issues. I felt that I gained a lot of confidence in the new technology I have acquired and have learned a lot. He is also great in terms of his voice (not too quiet – important as I have a hearing impairment). Overall I am very satisfied. I really look forward to my next training session.

I admit I was dreading the thought of a trainer coming to teach me the software I have been given to help me, but thought I should show willing and have at least one session. It was to my surprise that I really got so much from it. The trainer showed me how to use each of the solutions as you would expect, but I must say he did a really good job of it! What I was not expecting was the way that he showed me how each of the applications could assist me in a number of ways in overcoming my literacy problems. He showed a real understanding of the challenges I experience and it felt like he had known me for years. It has given me the skills and a confidence in tackling the tasks I used to shy away from and I now personally feel less stigma about my dyslexia. I know that I can now get more work done in less time.
