Our people
We have a select team of highly-skilled Assistive Technology training specialists – with a wealth of experience and who are passionate about what they do.
All of our trainers love helping people to get the best out of the assistive tools they have been provided, and deliver the training in a manner that puts the client at ease and builds confidence.
It is important to us that all of our trainers be attentive to the client’s needs and fully take these into consideration in the delivery of every training session.
Our trainers come from a mixture of backgrounds, but all have additional experience of assistive technology outside of a commercial setting. Some have personal experience of how it has helped them overcome a difficulty, others from working in mainstream education and others from training clients to use it in a not-for-profit environment. We feel this adds to the training we provide and demonstrates our belief in the solutions we train on.
Our trainers carry approval from multiple suppliers as accredited training providers on their Assistive Technology solutions.
All of our Trainers are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked or Disclosures and Barring Service (DBS) checked. Additionally, they have appropriate insurance and follow policies for Health and Safety and Lone Working.
