Our approach
All of our trainers love helping people to get the best out of the assistive tools they have been provided. Using our extensive experience, we will help the client to really learn how to get the most from their equipment.
We customise the settings to suit the individual’s preferences and, always bearing in mind the client’s needs, we will show them how to integrate the assistive technology use into study or working patterns to overcome difficulties and develop new coping strategies.
We appreciate that everyone is different, and so we plan and centre our training around the needs of each client.
We never pressure anybody into booking sessions to suit our schedule, but try to book the training at intervals that work for the person and is conducive to their individual learning style.
We always deliver training in a manner that puts the client at ease, and seek to help every person we train to really gain in confidence.
Our trainers are not rushed or working to a tight schedule, so we aim to provide exceptional customer service and to continuously deliver high quality training; going the extra mile for every client.
